Take-Two Interactive, parent company of Rockstar Games, has issued subpoenas to Microsoft and Discord in an effort to identify and stop the individual or individuals known as 'Cyberleek' who have been leaking footage from an older build of Grand Theft Auto VI. The leaks have surfaced over the past week, with Cyberleek threatening to target other major game publishers if their demands are not met.

Take-Two is seeking records and internal investigations from Microsoft related to its own investigation into the 'cyberleek' persona, including any information about users interacting with specific Discord servers. The company has also requested access to a OneDrive account associated with an individual linked to Cyberleek's activities.

Discord has been asked to provide records of specific users and servers, one of which is affiliated with content creator Matthew Judge. Judge expressed confusion over why his server was included in the subpoena, stating 'I don't know anything' about the leaks.
