Take-Two Interactive has filed subpoenas against Microsoft and Discord in an attempt to find the source of the recent Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) leaks. The parent company of Rockstar Games, which is developing GTA 6, suspects that a group called CyberLeek may have stolen an early test build of the game.

The subpoenas seek information about three Discord handles and three chat servers associated with CyberLeek. One of the servers belongs to Australian GTA content creator Matthew 'Matt' Judge, who has been documenting the leaks on his YouTube channel.

Microsoft's CTO for Xbox, Jason Ronald, has tweeted that his company is working closely with Take-Two and Rockstar Games to support efforts to protect creative works and intellectual property. The court documents also flag several 'infringing messages' sent over Discord chat servers concerning the GTA 6 leaks.
