Take-Two Interactive, parent company of Rockstar Games, is cracking down on a recent spate of Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks. The leaks first surfaced online earlier this week, showing character Jason in various activities, including basketball and driving.

The most recent leaks suggest the leaker has access to an actual build of the game, which Take-Two is not happy about. To track down the culprit, the company has filed subpoenas with Microsoft and Discord, requesting internal records and documentation by September 4th, 2026.

The subpoenas seek identifying information for user accounts linked to the Discord servers involved in the leaks, as well as any associated device or telemetry records. Take-Two is also seeking content related to Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar, or Cyberleek from the OneDrive accounts of these users.
