Tay Keith Estate Confronts $200k Creditor Claims Amid Probate Proceedings

Late hip-hop producer Tay Keith's estate faces nearly $200,000 in creditor claims from American Express National Bank and Bank of America. The estates' probate proceeding has invited creditors to come forward with their claims.

American Express filed two claims: one for about $60,000 on a Business Platinum account and another for $27,000 on a separate Platinum account. Bank of America separately filed a claim seeking approximately $115,000 tied to Tay Keith's 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS.

The claims follow the producer's death in June from an accidental overdose. The creditor filings do not establish that the amounts sought are ultimately owed. American Express and Bank of America are now seeking payment through the probate process.
