Tay Keith's estate is facing claims from American Express National Bank and Bank of America totaling almost $200,000 in connection with various debts. The claims were filed in Shelby County Probate Court, where his estate is being settled.

Bank of America alleges that the estate owes $115,453.56 related to a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS loan originating on March 11, 2026, at a 6.99 percent interest rate. American Express filed two separate claims, one for about $60,000 on a Business Platinum account and another for roughly $27,000 on a separate Platinum account.

Tay Keith, born Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, died on June 18 at age 29 without a will, leaving the court to settle debts against an estate that includes his music catalog, publishing interests, a Lamborghini, and a stake in Shadow Tequila. His death was caused by the toxic effects of ketamine and mitragynine, which were found in his system during a regional medical examiner's investigation.
