Tata Boeing Aerospace (TBAL), a joint venture between Boeing and Tata Advanced Systems (TASL), has reached a significant milestone in its Hyderabad facility. The company is rolling out the 400th fuselage for the AH-64E Apache, a mark of the project's success since its establishment in 2016.

The TBAL facility in Hyderabad employs over 750 engineers and technicians in a 52,000 sq metre space. This achievement underscores India's growing capabilities in the aerospace sector and its integration into global defence supply chains, according to TBAL.

The Indian Air Force has a fleet of 22 Apaches, while the Army operates six. The Apaches are also flown worldwide, with their fuselages manufactured at the Hyderabad facility.
