Perryman Financial Advisory Boosts Amazon Stake Amid Hedge Fund Rebalancing

Perryman Financial Advisory Inc. has increased its investment in Amazon.com by 4.1% during the second quarter, according to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The fund now owns 100,752 shares of the e-commerce giant's stock after purchasing an additional 3,983 shares.

This is not the only significant change in Amazon's ownership structure recently. Several other hedge funds have also adjusted their positions in the company during the same quarter. For example, Gryphon Financial Partners LLC increased its holdings by 7.5%, while First Citizens Bank & Trust Co. lifted its stake by 1.7%.

Narwhal Capital Management and Arrowstreet Capital Limited Partnership also boosted their positions in Amazon.com shares, with Narwhal Capital increasing its stake by 2.3% and Arrowstreet growing its holding by 21.0%. Blue Chip Partners LLC, on the other hand, increased its stake by 1.8% during the first quarter.
