TD SYNNEX's subsidiary, Tech Data, has expanded its IBM distribution footprint across Asia Pacific under the Tec D brand in Malaysia. This move is part of a global expansion that spans 20 new countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. The expansion aims to increase access to IBM solutions while enabling partners to grow and scale with greater confidence.

Tech Data's President for APJ, Jaideep Malhotra, stated that the expansion reflects the continued strength of the partnership between Tech Data and IBM across Asia Pacific. He emphasized the company's excitement in expanding its portfolio of IBM solutions to six additional markets: Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, and the Philippines.

The expanded footprint gives more partners access to Select Blue, a program designed by TD SYNNEX with IBM to help partners move from opportunity to execution faster. Through specialization in high-growth areas like AI, data, and automation, Select Blue enables partners to deliver outcomes that matter and stand out in a crowded market.
