Technip Energies Unveils SnapLNG 1.5 for Faster, More Predictable LNG Project Delivery
Technip Energies has launched SnapLNG 1.5, a standardized and modular liquefied natural gas (LNG) solution that combines Technip Energies' expertise with technologies from Honeywell Technologies and Siemens Energy.
The new solution is designed to help developers bring LNG capacity online faster, improve execution certainty, and reduce operational emissions.
According to the company, LNG demand is expected to grow significantly over the next decade, with more than 200 million tons per annum (MTPA) of new LNG capacity required by 2035.
The United States is expected to account for approximately 50% of global LNG market growth, reinforcing the need for solutions that can accelerate project delivery while reducing complexity and improving reliability.
SnapLNG 1.5 combines Technip Energies' modularization capabilities and digital project delivery approach with Honeywell Technologies' gas pretreatment, liquefaction, and automation technologies, as well as Siemens Energy's electrified turbomachinery and compression solutions.
