Teen Suspect in Forney Chevron Robbery Caught After Clerk Threatened
A robbery at a Forney-area gas station left a clerk shaken but unharmed.
On September 15, around 8:16 p.m., deputies responded to the Forney Quick Mart - Chevron on FM 548 after the clerk reported being shoved and threatened with death during the incident.
The suspect, identified as 17-year-old Tamarvion Emeory, also known as 'Tank', was caught after investigators reviewed surveillance footage and obtained a robbery warrant.
Emeory was arrested just hours later on September 18, and was booked into the Kaufman County Jail with bond set at $75,000.
