Teledyne's GroundLink ECP Takes Flight with FAA Approval for Boeing 737s

Teledyne Controls has achieved a major milestone in aviation innovation with the launch of its GroundLink Edge Computing Platform (ECP) and AppLink cloud service. The platform, designed for Boeing 737s, received FAA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) approval, enabling airlines to deploy, update, and scale onboard software applications remotely without downtime or hardware changes.

The ECP's open architecture allows operators to directly control onboard applications, removing barriers to innovation and enabling the rapid deployment of AI-driven and IoT-connected applications that enhance operational efficiency and real-time decision-making. This move marks a significant step forward for the industry, as operators can now access consistent performance across fleet types.
