Thailand Ends Visa-Free Travel for Monegasque Passport Holders

Thailand has announced that Monegasque passport holders will no longer be exempt from visa requirements for tourism as of September 15, 2026. The Princely Government is urging travelers to check the new entry requirements before their trip.

Visa applications can be submitted online through the Thai authorities' official portal at www.thaievisa.go.th. Travelers with upcoming trips are being advised to take the necessary steps as soon as possible to avoid problems when traveling.

The Department of External Relations and Cooperation remains actively engaged on the issue and will provide further information as soon as it becomes available, the Government said.
