TIAA Names Divyangi Anchan to Lead Tech and AI Risk

TIAA has appointed Divyangi 'Divy' Anchan to its Risk and Compliance Senior Leadership Team as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for Technology and AI Risk.

Anchan joins TIAA with experience at Google, American Express, and JPMorgan Chase. She will focus on managing complex technology and artificial-intelligence risks as the financial-services organization continues investing in its technology transformation.

The appointment comes amid expanding governance, compliance, data-security, and model-risk considerations related to the adoption of generative AI and other advanced technologies.
