Topo Chico Mineral Water Returns to Houston Stores After Eight-Month Absence
Topo Chico's mineral water is back on store shelves in Houston after an eight-month absence.
The shortage was caused by 'quality issues' at the wells in Monterrey, Mexico, where the drink is produced by parent company Coca-Cola.
Coca-Cola told distributors that the shortages would be phased out with a return to stores across Texas and other states planned for early 2027.
Although the brand's signature mineral water was unavailable, its canned cocktails and flavored sparkling waters remained available without interruptions over the past year.
