Tottenham Hotspur has completed a major digital transformation, unifying over 4.6 million fan accounts across more than 10 systems. The club's new AI agent, Ask Spurs, built on Salesforce's Agentforce, has achieved an impressive 86% engagement rate. This transformation spans football operations, stadium events, and commercial activities, while also supporting community programs aimed at improving digital skills for local youth.
The club's digital overhaul began with the challenge of fragmented fan data spread across dozens of systems. Over the past two years, Tottenham Hotspur has consolidated these systems into a unified digital ecosystem. Salesforce Data 360, integrated with Snowflake through Zero Copy, now provides a complete view of each fan, enabling more personalized experiences across all touchpoints.
Ask Spurs, available in eleven languages, offers instant, personalized support on ticketing, memberships, retail, and stadium events. The AI agent resolves 20% of interactions independently, with seamless handoffs to human agents when needed. This innovation is part of a broader effort to enhance fan engagement and operational efficiency.
Beyond fan interactions, the Salesforce platform supports Tottenham Hotspur's commercial operations, automating processes for premium hospitality, conferences, and events. The club's charitable arm, Spurs in the Community, also benefits from this partnership, providing STEM opportunities and AI education for young people in North London.
