Tower of Terror Scaffolding Covers Facade at Disney's Hollywood Studios
The Tower of Terror at Disney's Hollywood Studios has started its exterior refurbishment. The front facade of the ride is now fully covered by scaffolding, which began installation in early July above the gift shop.
The scaffolding has moved across the main facade and reached all the way to the top of the tower, with gaps left for windows so that guests can still enjoy the ride while it's operational.
Interestingly, there is no scaffolding on the section of the facade facing away from most of the park. It's possible these walls will be touched up after the rest of the facade is completed.
