The Salesforce Trailblazer Community has reached an impressive milestone, its 20th anniversary. For two decades, this global community of millions has powered the Salesforce ecosystem, building apps, customizing agents, and bringing Salesforce technology to life for businesses worldwide.
In 2003, when SaaS technology was still in its infancy, Salesforce sparked a new ecosystem made up of administrators and developers who came together to learn new skills, share best practices, and support each other. Today, with the rise of AI, this community is once again leading the way, guiding businesses through every wave of innovation.
Salesforce's SVP, Meredith Brown, acknowledges the crucial role Trailblazers have played in shaping the company's products and driving real economic growth around the world. 'Trailblazers have guided businesses through every wave of innovation for 20 years, and now they're leading the way into the AI era,' she says.
Members like Tony Nguyen, a Salesforce Platform Manager, attribute their success to the community, crediting Trailhead with helping them develop new skills. 'I wouldn't be where I am today without the community,' he says. 'They've supported me throughout my journey over the past 16 years.'
