Travis Kelce Drops $5.35M on Northeast Ohio Lakefront Mansion
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has quietly purchased a lakefront mansion in Northeast Ohio, paying $5.35 million for the property. According to The Wall Street Journal, Kelce bought the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom home, nicknamed Moyenage, from Figurati Construction Group, which had renovated it and listed it for sale in mid-2023 with an initial asking price of $6.99 million.
The mansion has a rich history, with past owners including a former president of the Sherwin-Williams Co. and a onetime executive director of Cleveland Clinic Innovations, according to the Encyclopedia of Cleveland History. The renovation firm purchased the roughly 21,000-square-foot house for $1.95 million in 2023.
The sale was handled by David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of the Agency Cleveland, who described the property as “a truly rare Great Lakes estate” that mixes preservation and modern updates.
