The Government of Tripura has partnered with Salesforce to provide digital skills training to over 10,000 learners across the state by 2027. The program aims to target students, young people, government employees, and entrepreneurs using Salesforce's Trailhead online learning platform.

The training will enable students to learn at their own pace, with classes prepared for beginners as well as those with some experience. Topics covered include customer relationship management, business analysis, basic technology, and others.

Salesforce will also provide various orientation materials to help participants navigate Trailhead effectively. The learning experience is based on short lessons and courses, guided paths of education through the platform.

The partnership comes at a time when Tripura is upgrading its digital infrastructure and governance projects. The state aims to set up the Tripura IT and Data Ecosystem Zone (TIDEZ) in Agartala, an IT Park, and an artificial intelligence Centre of Excellence.
