Tripura Partners with Salesforce for AI-Driven Digital Skills Training

Tripura has partnered with Salesforce to provide digital skills training to over 10,000 learners by 2027. The initiative was announced at the Destination Tripura Business Conclave 2026 in Agartala and will use Salesforce's Trailhead online learning platform.

The program will offer self-paced learning opportunities to students, youth, government employees, and entrepreneurs across the state, covering areas such as customer relationship management (CRM), business analysis, and technology fundamentals.

Directorate of Information Technology will identify participants through government departments, educational institutions, and skill development agencies. Salesforce will provide online orientation resources to help navigate the platform and support the learning journey.
