Trump Uses Catering Truck and Military Aircraft to Secretly Leave Turkey

US President Donald Trump used a sophisticated deception to secretly leave Turkey on July 8. The White House had initially stated that he would be flying out of Turkey on an older version of Air Force One, but in reality, he used a catering truck and multiple US military aircraft to evade detection.

The trick was allegedly devised due to concerns about the security of the Qatari jet, which Trump arrived in Turkey on. The White House disclosed in July that the Qatari jet would undergo security upgrades while Trump flew on an older plane.

According to reports from The Washington Post and The New York Times, Trump boarded Air Force One at Ankara Esenboğa Airport, but instead of exiting through the standard passenger door, he entered a catering container that had been lifted to the galley service door on the opposite side of the aircraft.

The container was then taken to a nearby C-32A, a military version of a Boeing 757, where Trump boarded and continued his journey. The C-32A arrived at RAF Mildenhall in England after the older Air Force One had already landed.
