Trump's Financial Disclosure Reveals Heavy Trades in SpaceX, Microsoft, and Amazon
US President Donald Trump's latest financial disclosure reveals significant trades in several major companies. In July 2026, he bought between $15,001 and $50,000 worth of shares in Elon Musk's SpaceX on July 10, and sold between $1,001 and $15,000 in shares three days later.
The same disclosure shows that Trump traded heavily in Microsoft and Jeff Bezos' Amazon. He offloaded shares valued at between $5 million and $25 million each of these companies from his portfolio on July 20. Three days later, he reported buying between $100,001 and $250,000 of Microsoft stocks and between $1,001 and $15,000 of Amazon stocks.
Reuters reported that Trump's trades add a new financial link between the president and Musk's rocket company at a time when the administration is making decisions that could affect the firm's fortunes. SpaceX's share price fell by 15% between July 10 and 17, the period during which Trump made these trades.
