Trump's June Stock Trades Exceed 1,000, Raise Ethics Concerns
President Donald Trump made over 1,000 stock trades in June, according to new disclosures. This includes buying and selling stocks of energy companies like Exxon and Chevron, as well as defense contractors like Lockheed Martin.
The 34-page ethics filing lists each trade the president made in June, with some involving more than $1 million in stock and others on the smaller side with a value of less than $5,000.
Trump's portfolio includes investments in companies such as Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and McDonald's. Critics have raised ethics concerns about these trades since they involve companies affected by the war with Iran.
Ethics watchdogs are also raising alarm over trades in other companies affected by the president's policies, including drug manufacturers like Eli Lilly and the AI computer chip behemoth Nvidia.
