TUI Fly Netherlands Upgrades Fleet with Larger Boeing 737 MAX 10
TUI fly Netherlands is expanding its fleet and services in summer 2027 by replacing its Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft with the larger 737 MAX 10. The airline currently has six of these planes, but will add a seventh to increase capacity per flight.
The first MAX 10 for TUI fly is already being produced at Boeing's factory in Seattle and is expected to be certified by regulatory authorities by the first quarter of 2027. This expansion will primarily benefit larger markets with high demand, such as the Caribbean islands of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao.
TUI fly plans to focus on direct flights instead of triangular services that link smaller destinations. Partner airlines will still be available for these routes, but passengers can expect more nonstop options and higher frequencies on popular routes.
