Turkish Airlines has finalized an order for up to 150 Boeing 737 MAX jets, its largest single-aisle order. The agreement includes 100 firm orders and options for 50 more 737 MAX jets.

The airline will use the new aircraft to strengthen its short- and medium-haul network. Turkish Airlines currently operates a fleet of over 200 Boeing airplanes and has previously ordered up to 75 787 Dreamliners in 2025.

The Boeing 737 MAX family reduces fuel use and emissions by 20% compared to the airplanes they replace, enabling lower operating costs for Turkish Airlines.
