TWG Global Taps Goldman Sachs Veteran as New Chief Legal Officer

TWG Global has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of David A. Markowitz as Chief Legal Officer.

Markowitz, a seasoned lawyer with over three decades of experience in legal and financial services, joins TWG Global from Goldman Sachs, where he spent more than 15 years.

At Goldman Sachs, he served as Global Co-Head of Litigation and Regulatory Proceedings. Prior to that, Markowitz held senior positions at the Office of the New York Attorney General and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement.

TWG Global's Chairman and CEO, Mark Walter, expressed confidence in Markowitz's ability to support the company's growth and strategic priorities: 'His deep legal experience and proven leadership will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen the legal framework that supports our growth.'
