Two Indicted for Organized Home Depot Theft Ring
Two individuals have been indicted by a grand jury for their alleged roles in a scheme to defraud Home Depot in Littleton, New Hampshire. Ryan M. Mooney and Crystal L. Pilotte are each charged with a Class B felony count of engaging in an organized retail crime enterprise.
The indictment follows the arrests of the two individuals in January and the earlier indictment of another former Home Depot employee for his role in the scheme.
According to the grand jury, Mooney and Pilotte allegedly worked together to steal thousands of dollars' worth of tools and home remodeling merchandise from Home Depot. The charges against them carry a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
