UAE Innovation City Launches AI-Powered Registration Platform with Salesforce

The UAE's Innovation City has introduced an AI-powered registration platform in partnership with Salesforce, aiming to streamline company formation processes. The platform, powered by Salesforce's Agentforce, uses autonomous digital labour to complete registrations in minutes, down from days or weeks previously.

According to Paul Dawalibi, CEO of Innovation City, the new system 'fundamentally transforms the company formation experience'. By combining intelligent automation with governance and oversight, the platform removes unnecessary friction and enables entrepreneurs to move from ambition to execution faster than ever before.

The partnership supports the UAE's broader ambition to accelerate the responsible adoption of AI and advanced digital technologies across services and the economy. Salesforce Middle East's General Manager and SVP, Mohammed AlKhothani, stated that organisations in the region are 'maturing beyond AI experimentation to actual measurable outcomes for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and enterprises'.
