UBS Cuts Nike Price Target Amid Deteriorating Sales Trends
Nike Inc. (NYSE:NKE) is facing weaker earnings expectations ahead of its first-quarter report, according to UBS which cut its price target by 13% to $42.
The broker cited deteriorating global sales trends and expects Nike's first-quarter earnings for financial year 2027 to miss consensus by $0.05 per share.
UBS also flagged the risk that management could reset expectations lower for that financial year in the upcoming report, ahead of November's investor day.
