UBS Lifts JNJ Price Target to $320 Amid Strong Pipeline Expectations

Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) shares surged 1.2% to $274.395 on Wednesday after UBS raised its price target from $280 to $320, reflecting stronger expectations for J&J's pharmaceutical pipeline.

The new objective implies roughly 16% upside and suggests that Wall Street is pricing pipeline acceleration beyond current earnings.

UBS maintained its Buy rating, citing faster growth and more value hiding inside J&J's pharmaceutical pipeline. The company's operating engine is already delivering, with second-quarter results showing sales climbing 6.6% to $25.3 billion.

However, the valuation is flashing yellow, as J&J trades 42.25% above its $192.90 GF Value, leaving little room for pipeline stumbles. UBS's $320 target still points to roughly 16.6% upside from $274.395, but J&J must earn every dollar through clinical wins, regulatory approvals, and successful launches.
