UnitedHealth Group has released its Q2 2026 earnings and financial performance. The company reported net earnings of $4.3 billion, down from $5.1 billion in the same period last year.

Revenues for the quarter came in at $73.8 billion, a 2% decrease from Q2 2025. Operating margins were also affected, decreasing to 5.6% compared to 6.1% in the prior-year period.

The decline in earnings and revenues can be attributed to various factors, including lower volumes and higher costs associated with COVID-19 treatments.
