UnitedHealth Group Taps Jodee Kozlak as New Chief Administrative Officer
UnitedHealth Group has appointed Jodee Kozlak as its new chief administrative officer. She will oversee key departments including People, Real Estate, Procurement, and Corporate Security. This newly created position will support enterprise modernization and alignment efforts across the company's operations.
Kozlak brings significant experience to her new role, having previously served as global senior vice president of Alibaba Group from 2016 to 2017. She also spent over a decade at Target Corp., where she held various leadership positions including executive vice president and chief human resources officer from 2004 to 2015.
UnitedHealth Group operates through two business segments: Optum, which delivers care using technology and data, and UnitedHealthcare, which offers health benefits coverage. The company's CEO, Stephen Hemsley, stated that Kozlak 'brings exceptional experience across business strategy, organizational development and governance.'
