US-Bangla Airlines Buys $1.5 Billion Boeing Fleet Expansion

US-Bangla Airlines has announced plans to purchase 21 Boeing aircraft in a deal valued at approximately $1.5 billion, marking one of the largest fleet expansion programs in Bangladesh's aviation history.

The order comprises 15 Boeing 737-8 aircraft and six Boeing 737-800s, all expected to join the airline's fleet by the end of 2027.

According to Boeing, the aircraft will offer improved fuel efficiency, enhanced operational reliability, modern cabin interiors, larger overhead storage, in-seat power, wireless entertainment systems, and high-speed internet connectivity.
