US Showcases Aerospace Might at El-Alamein International Airshow

The US has made a significant presence at the El-Alamein International Airshow 2026 in Egypt, showcasing its aerospace and defence capabilities alongside cutting-edge civilian technologies.

US Chargé d'Affaires ad interim Eric Gaudiosi inaugurated the pavilion alongside Egyptian Minister of Civil Aviation Sameh El-Hefny, highlighting the depth of cooperation between the two countries in aviation, aerospace, defence, space, and commerce.

The US Pavilion features major manufacturers such as Raytheon, BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing, alongside emerging companies like Top Aces, Lyntris, and RDO Aeroprocurement. The American Innovation Hub highlights advanced technologies from Cisco Systems, Collins Aerospace, GE Aerospace, and Honeywell.

More than 25 US companies are participating in the air show, representing industries ranging from aircraft manufacturing and defence systems to satellite services, digital infrastructure, and autonomous technologies.

The event aims to establish contacts between American businesses and Egyptian partners, exploring new areas of commercial and technological cooperation. The US presence demonstrates Washington's commitment to expanding bilateral investment and connecting American expertise with government and private-sector partners in Egypt.
