US stock futures were mixed on Tuesday as investors weighed concerns about artificial intelligence and oil prices. The Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500, and Nasdaq-100 futures rose modestly, with the Dow up 0.2%, the S&P 500 also gaining 0.2%, and the Nasdaq-100 up 0.3%.
