Utah Man Ronald Wallace Passes Away at 75 After Battling Cancer
Ronald Wallace, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on September 20, 2026, at the age of 75. Born in Murray, Utah, on November 18, 1950, to Marvin and Ruby Wallace, he grew up with a love for sports and the outdoors.
Ron married his sweetheart, Vicky Murray, in the Salt Lake Temple on September 11, 1970. He was a talented athlete who excelled in basketball and baseball during high school and continued to play softball throughout his life, earning numerous awards and recognition for no-hitters and perfect games.
In addition to his passion for sports, Ron enjoyed bowling, hunting, and fishing with his family. His love for the outdoors was also reflected in his fondness for working in his garden. Professionally, he worked at Easton Technical Products and Home Depot, where he valued the friendships he formed with coworkers.
Ronald Wallace is survived by his wife, Vicky; their four children; 17 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 7 siblings. He will be deeply missed for his kindness, laughter, and unconditional love, but his family's memories of him will endure.
