Vacation Fun Closes Again at Hollywood Studios Amid Speculation
The Mickey and Minnie Vacation Fun animated short at Disney's Hollywood Studios is closing again. This marks its second closure in recent weeks, following a six-week absence due to hosting distribution of the Kermit Annual Passholder magnet from August 11 to September 24.
Originally, the theater was set to reopen on September 27 with listed hours on the app, but it remained closed until October 28. Now, the app indicates that Vacation Fun will temporarily close starting October 28, with no reason given by Disney for this closure.
The closure may be related to Disney Jollywood Nights, as the theater has previously served as a merchandise shop during late October through December 2025 and also closed for Star Wars May the 4th event merchandise distribution.
