The Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF closed at €163.88 on Friday, marking a 0.5 percent decline but still within striking distance of its 52-week high of €164.92 set in August. The fund has gained around 15 percent year-to-date and is consolidating rather than retreating, as indicated by a 14-day RSI of 61.6.

The recent enthusiasm for artificial intelligence has bolstered investor confidence in the commercial viability of AI business models. OpenAI's annualized revenue run-rate has surpassed $40 billion, driving optimism into semiconductor stocks and helping lift the S&P 500 to its 27th record close this year.

Cisco Systems' quarterly revenue beat expectations on strong demand for AI infrastructure, and disclosed $9.3 billion in AI-related orders for fiscal 2026, further fueling the AI narrative.

Long-term holders of the fund may benefit from a structural tailwind as Vanguard reduced its ongoing charges to 0.14 percent of net asset value, resulting in significant estimated annual savings for investors.
