The deal reinforces Veeva's strengthening commercial business, where management highlighted the best CRM quarter ever and continued enterprise adoption of Vault CRM during its latest earnings call.
The Amgen win adds momentum to Veeva's strategy of deepening relationships with large biopharma customers, an important driver of long-term subscription growth. Beyond expanding recurring subscription revenue, the deployment could create additional cross-sell opportunities across Veeva's broader commercial suite as global customers increasingly seek integrated, AI-enabled platforms for commercial operations.
Veeva currently has a market capitalization of $42.13 billion and has reported its strongest-ever CRM quarter with over 180 live Vault CRM customers and growing confidence in retaining more than 70% market share in the CRM space.
