Joseph P. Costello, an 81-year-old computer repair technician from Billerica, Massachusetts, passed away on September 5, 2026, after a period of declining health at Lowell General Hospital.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the nurses, doctors, and staff at Lowell General Hospital, as well as the Life Care Center of North Billerica and the compassionate staff at Billerica Crossing who cared for Costello during his illness. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
