Visa Chrome Sets 30th AGM Date as Remote E-Voting Begins

Visa Chrome has scheduled its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 29, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing at 12:00 pm IST.

The company notified shareholders without registered email addresses that they can access the annual report through a web link provided to them in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

Shareholders eligible for voting must have their holdings recorded as of September 22, 2026. Remote e-voting will begin on September 26 and end on September 28, 2026.
