Visa Inc., the largest payment processor in the world, announced plans to expand its data resources for blockchain lending firms on September 8, 2026. Kui Sheffield, Visa's crypto business head, noted that new institutions are joining Visa's network weekly, highlighting the increasing demand for stablecoin-linked financial products. This strategic move aims to address soaring market demand and funding gaps for enterprises by building a collaborative ecosystem.

Visa processed nearly $17 trillion in total volume in fiscal 2025 and operates in over 200 countries, processing transactions in over 160 currencies. According to GuruFocus, Visa's GF Value is calculated at $424.66, indicating the stock is undervalued by approximately 12.6% when compared to its current price of $371.23.
