Visa Partners with Klook to Bolster Travel Presence in Southeast Asia

Visa Inc. (V) is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia's experience-led travel market through a new partnership with Klook.

The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding covering six markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

Klook will join Visa Destinations, enabling Visa cardholders to access travel experiences and related offers across the region.

This move comes as travelers increasingly prioritize experiences when planning trips. A 2026 Global Travel Intentions study by Visa found that 37% of Asia Pacific respondents plan trips around unique local experiences, compared with 29% globally.
