Visa Stakeholder Reduces Holdings by 20.7%

Asset Dedication LLC reduced its stake in Visa Inc., $V, by 20.7% during the first quarter, according to a recent 13F filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.

The fund sold 3,804 shares of the credit-card processor's stock, leaving it with 14,616 shares worth approximately $4,417,000 at the end of the period.

Other institutional investors have also modified their holdings in Visa. Clayton Financial Group LLC increased its position by 446.2% in the fourth quarter and now owns 71 shares valued at $25,000.
