Visa Stock Tumbles Amid Broader Market Downturn

Visa stock fell 0.10% on Thursday as market-wide selling pressure affected financial stocks.

The decline came amidst a broader market downturn, with the Nasdaq falling 0.86% and the S&P 500 dropping 0.52%.

Financials led the decline, down 0.43%, while only two of the 11 major sectors traded higher.

In a separate development, Visa, along with Mastercard and Ant International, announced collaboration on a framework to verify AI agents in online payments.
