Wallet Stolen from Home Depot in Hammond, Police Seek Suspects

A wallet containing an unknown amount of personal funds went missing at The Home Depot in Hammond, Indiana. On September 5th around 4:40 p.m., the Hammond Police Department (HPD) received a report about the missing wallet.

Investigating officers found that the wallet had been recovered but stolen by an unknown couple caught on surveillance footage. The pair was seen entering a white GMC SUV, possibly a GMC Acadia, and leaving the area.

The owner of the wallet reported unauthorized transactions after it was stolen.
