Walt Disney World Railroad Refurbishment Blocks Last Remaining Entrance
The Walt Disney World Railroad at Magic Kingdom has been closed for refurbishment. The last remaining entrance to the attraction was blocked off on September 30, marking the end of guest access. This comes after a multi-week process of closing off all entrances to the railroad.
The refurbished train is expected to reopen in November 2026, with a return to operation marked by new hours beginning October 30. After reopening, the train will continue running in shuttle mode between Main Street, U.S.A. and Storybook Circus.
