Walt Disney World Raises Dining Prices Across Quick-Service Locations
Walt Disney World has raised prices across its quick-service dining locations, with most items seeing increases between 50 cents and $1. Fountain drinks now cost $4.99, up from $4.79, while coffee prices have jumped from $4.29 to $4.99. The changes affect a wide range of menu items, from the Magic Kingdom's Casey's Corner, where the Chipotle Barbecue Pork and Street Corn Mini Corn Dogs now cost $13.49 instead of $10.99, to EPCOT's Yorkshire County Fish Shop, where the Beer-battered Fish and Chips have risen from $14.49 to $15.49.
Disney's Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom have also seen price hikes. At Hollywood Studios, the Ronto Wrap at Ronto Roasters is now $14.99, up from $13.99, and the Frozen Fanta Blue Raspberry Slushy at FØØD by Swedish Chef has increased from $16.50 to $18. In Animal Kingdom, the 1/2 Chicken at Flame Tree Barbecue is now $14.79, up from $13.79, and the Cheese Pizza at Pizzafari has risen from $11.29 to $12.49.
Buffet and pre-fixe menu prices have also gone up. For example, the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall now costs $66 per adult, up from $62, and $42 per child, up from $39. Similarly, the Crystal Palace has increased its prices from $54 to $57 for adults and from $35 to $37 for children. These changes mean that families of four visiting the parks can expect to pay several dollars more per meal than they did previously.
The price increases extend to various other items, such as snacks and beverages. At Liberty Square Market, the price of assorted chips has risen from $3.29 to $3.49, and whole fruit now costs $2.79 instead of $2.29. The Hollywood Brown Derby has also seen significant increases, with dishes like the Pan-roasted Halibut now costing $57 instead of $54, and the Filet Mignon up from $56 to $59.
