Walt Disney World to Host 2027 Orlando Baseball Classic Featuring Six Top College Teams

The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida will be the venue for the 2027 Orlando Baseball Classic, a three-day event scheduled to take place from February 26 to 28. Six college baseball teams have been invited to participate: West Virginia Mountaineers and Pittsburgh Panthers, UCF Knights, Michigan Wolverines, St. John's Red Storm, and Indiana State Sycamores.

West Virginia, which made the College World Series for the first time in program history in 2026, will face off against St. John's, the Big East regular-season and tournament champions, on February 27 at 11 a.m. The Mountaineers finished with a 47-17 overall record and 21-9 in Big 12 play last season.

UCF, which made its second appearance in the NCAA Tournament this decade, will take on Pitt in their opening game on Friday at 7 p.m. The Knights finished with a 32-23 overall record and an impressive 19-11 record in Big 12 play in 2026.

The schedule for the Orlando Baseball Classic is as follows: St. John's vs. Michigan, 11 a.m., Indiana State vs. West Virginia, 3 p.m., UCF vs. Pitt, 7 p.m. on February 26; West Virginia vs. St. John's, 11 a.m., Pitt vs. Indiana State, 3 p.m., and Michigan vs. UCF, 7 p.m. on February 27; and finally, St. John's vs. Pitt, 11 a.m., West Virginia vs. Michigan, 3 p.m., and UCF vs. Indiana State, 7 p.m. on February 28.
