Washington Legal Foundation Backs Google in Canadian Antitrust Lawsuit

The Washington Legal Foundation argues that this decision was correct and that the Canadian plaintiff does not have sufficient connection to the US market to bring suit.

The brief states that the plaintiff's claims are 'a thematic copycat' of a similar lawsuit filed against Google by Epic Games, and that allowing his case to proceed would be inconsistent with the court's previous decision in this matter.
